Cancel or Change An Order

NextBase-USA.com will attempt to cancel your order, or individual items on your order, if your request is made before we have processed the order to our warehouse. NextBase-USA.com cannot guarantee the order will be cancelled.
If you request to change the items on your order, NextBase-USA will attempt to change these items if your request is within two hour of placing the order. You can email us to change your order.
