Repair Services
If the event arises that your Nextbase product becomes defect or needs service of any kind, please bring it back to the place where you bought the product together with a copy of your proof of purchase (this is usually the purchase receipt). If you are a customer of our Nextbase-USA Website or if the place where you bought your Nextbase product does not exist any longer then please follow these instructions to return your product for service:
- Check that the product is in warranty. If we establish that the returned product does not meet our warranty conditions, you will be liable for any cost incurred including delivery cost.
- We only repair the following models: SDV-17, SDV-37, SDV-97, SDV-185, and SDV-1102.
- Please include your name, phone number, email address & shipping address inside the package and send the package to: Nextbase-USA Repair Service 2630 Strozier Ave , Unit F, El Monte , CA 91733 USA .
- After received the package, our sales person will contact you to give you the exact repair cost.
• Ensure the products are well packages and protected. The consumer will be liable if the product is damaged due to poor packaging.
• Do not include accessories as Nextbase-USA will not be responsible for replacing them.
All repairs usually take around 14 business days. However, repair time is not guaranteed.
