Starting up

1. I press the “ON” button the player but the player does not turn on.
   A: Pressing the “ON” button momentarily will not switch the player on. Press and hold the “ON” button for 3 seconds for the player to switch on. Same procedure applies to the “OFF” button.
   
   
   
2. The battery does not fit on to my tablet DVD player.
   A: The battery connection on the DVD player is covered by a rubber cover when newly delivered. Remove the rubber before attach the battery.
   
   
   
3. What is a curly piece of plastic in the corner of my screen?
   A: The protective plastic sheet was applied in the production process to ensure that the screen was not scratched during manufacturing or shipment to you. Simply pull on the curly plastic corner firmly to remove the whole protective sheet and expose a clear perfect monitor underneath.
