Warranty Policy
We would like to thank you for having purchased your Nextbase product.
Although we are committed to the quality and reliability of our products, there are times when your Nextbase product may need servicing. We extend a 1 year limited warranty from the date of original purchase to every Nextbase product sold on our NextBase-USA website. This exclusive 1 year warranty is valid if your Nextbase product was purchased in our website only.
The warranty is void if:
- The product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with our installation and operating instructions provided with the product.
- The product has been used in a manner other than for which it was originally designed.
- The product is repaired or modified by an unauthorized company.
- Malfunction of the product is caused by products that are not made by our company.
- The product is subject to abuse, neglect, incorrect voltages, chemistry erosion, improper packaging, accident or any natural or social disaster such as earthquake, fire, flood, lighting strike.
- The product is installed improperly.
- The serial number of the product is defaced or missing.
- No proof of purchase can be presented.
- The warranty seals on the product are torn.
